No. Credit Pulse does not lend money, extend credit, issue credit cards, or provide a borrowing product. Membership fees are the price of the services and benefits included in the approved package.

No. Credit Pulse is not a credit repair company, credit counselling agency, lender, or licensed financial adviser. We provide financial education, budgeting tools, informational resources, membership benefits, and general guidance designed to help members better understand and manage their finances.

The information provided through Credit Pulse is for general educational and informational purposes only. It should not be considered professional financial, legal, tax, credit, or investment advice. Your financial situation is unique, and you should consult a qualified professional before making significant financial decisions.

Credit Pulse does not guarantee that your credit score, credit report, financial position, or eligibility for credit will improve as a result of using our services.

Credit Pulse does not guarantee a credit-score increase, debt reduction, approval for another financial product, or any specific financial result. The materials are intended to help members improve their knowledge and financial habits.
Applicants must be residents of a Canadian province or territory where Credit Pulse accepts applications, be at least the age of majority where they live, have legal capacity to enter into an agreement, and provide accurate information and all required consents.
Platform access duration is based on your selected package. Please review the terms associated with your package for specific access details. Contact Credit Pulse directly for questions about your membership access period.
No. Submitting an application does not create an active membership and does not earn cashback. Every application is subject to underwriting and verification before a final decision is made.
Credit Pulse underwriters may review your identity, residency, income deposits, employment, account ownership, banking activity, recurring obligations, returned or failed payments, affordability of the proposed payment schedule, inconsistencies, fraud indicators, and prior dealings with Credit Pulse.
Credit Pulse may approve the requested package, offer a different package or payment schedule, request more information, place the application on hold, or decline it. A different offer will not be activated unless you accept it.
Yes. An application may be declined or closed if eligibility requirements are not met, required information cannot be verified, the application is incomplete, information is materially inaccurate or misleading, or a security or fraud concern is identified.
Yes. You may withdraw before membership activation by contacting Credit Pulse. If you withdraw before activation, no membership is created, no future membership instalments are due, and no cashback is earned.
No membership is created, no future membership instalments are due, and no cashback is earned. Any temporary payment authorization that was not captured should be released according to the payment provider's procedures.
Verification helps Credit Pulse assess membership eligibility, confirm the information in your application, administer the approved payment schedule, process cashback, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable law.
Credit Pulse may request personal and contact information, government-issued identification, employment and income information, banking information, payment details, references, and supporting documents reasonably required to review the application.
Instant bank verification is a secure process that allows an authorized provider to make relevant account information available to Credit Pulse. This may include account ownership, account type, balances, income deposits, transaction history, recurring obligations, returned items, overdrafts, and other activity relevant to the review.
Credit Pulse will not ask you to send your online banking password directly to Credit Pulse. When authentication is required, it is completed through the bank-verification provider's interface and is handled under that provider's security and privacy practices.
No. Instant bank verification is not a credit bureau inquiry and does not, by itself, affect your credit score.
Credit Pulse does not conduct a credit bureau inquiry as part of its standard membership review. If a credit report or bureau inquiry is proposed in the future, Credit Pulse will provide a separate disclosure and obtain any consent required by law.
Credit Pulse may contact your employer, payroll department, or income source to verify employment status, position, length of employment, income amount, pay frequency, expected pay dates, and related information provided in your application.
Credit Pulse limits its questions and disclosures to what is reasonably necessary for verification. It will not intentionally disclose your detailed banking activity, selected cashback amount, or unrelated financial information to your employer.
Credit Pulse may contact personal or professional references you provide to confirm your identity, contact information, relationship to the reference, or other information relevant to the application.
No. A reference is not a guarantor and is not responsible for your membership fees unless that person separately signs a written agreement that expressly creates that obligation.
Credit Pulse may be unable to complete the review and may close, hold, or decline the application. After activation, withdrawing a consent that is necessary to administer the membership may affect access, cashback processing, or payment administration.
A Successful Signup occurs only after you submit a complete application, Credit Pulse completes its underwriting and verification review, a package and payment schedule are approved, you accept the final Membership Summary and legal terms, you provide valid payment and payout information, any amount due at activation is accepted, and Credit Pulse confirms that the membership is active.
No. An indication that you may qualify, a preliminary approval, package selection, or request for payment information is not final approval. Approval is final only when Credit Pulse provides the final Membership Summary and confirms activation.
The Membership Summary is the final disclosure provided before activation. It shows the approved package, total membership price, taxes, installment schedule, term, access period, cashback amount, payment method, and other material terms.
Access generally begins on the Activation Date, unless your Membership Summary states a later supply date.
Yes. Based on the underwriting review, Credit Pulse may offer a different package or payment schedule. You must review and accept the revised Membership Summary before the membership can be activated.
Credit Pulse currently references Starter, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Elite packages. Your final approved package, exact price, taxes, instalment schedule, term, access period, and cashback amount will be shown in the Membership Summary before activation. For more details, please check the packages section in our website https://creditpulse.ca
Benefits may include financial education, budgeting tools, debt-organization resources, templates, worksheets, savings or coupon resources, partner offers, support features, and other benefits described in the Membership Summary.
Unless your Membership Summary expressly states otherwise, the membership is a fixed-term purchase paid either in full or by instalments. Instalment billing does not make it an automatically renewing subscription.
The total package price may be divided into biweekly payments to make your membership more manageable. We can also align your payment dates with your regular pay schedule. Before joining, you will clearly see the full package price, payment amount, and payment schedule?so there are no surprises.
No, unless automatic renewal is separately and clearly disclosed and you expressly agree to it.
No. Membership access, accounts, and cashback entitlements are personal and non-transferable.
The package price and payment breakdown are shown clearly before you join. Please review all terms during the membership process to ensure you understand what is included in your selected package.
Cashback is connected to the membership package you select. After completing the required membership and verification steps, eligible cashback may be processed based on your selected tier. Cashback amounts vary by package and are shown clearly before joining.
Cashback is earned on the Activation Date when a Successful Signup is completed. Submitting an application, completing bank verification, receiving a preliminary approval, or selecting a package does not by itself earn cashback.
No. Course, lesson, quiz, worksheet, or other educational completion is encouraged but is not a condition for earning cashback.
No. A future installment that has not yet become due is not a condition for earning cashback. The cashback is earned at Successful Signup, although the membership payment obligations remain separate and continue according to the approved schedule.
Yes. Eligible cashback timing depends on package selection, completed verification, and processing. Timing may vary and is not guaranteed. Credit Pulse will communicate processing status to members throughout the membership process.
We will deposit the cashback to your registered bank on file. The approved amount and available processing information will be communicated to you.
Yes, the reason for the delay may differ. Commonly, there may be delays in your financial institution.
Only in limited circumstances permitted by law, such as fraud, a materially misleading or duplicate application, unauthorized use of another person's identity or account, reversal of an amount required at activation, inability to verify the member or payout destination, lawful rescission of the membership transaction, or material abuse of the cashback program.
A later missed or failed payment does not retroactively cancel cashback that was validly earned at Successful Signup. However, the membership price and amounts due remain payable, and Credit Pulse may take separate steps such as retrying payment, requesting another payment method, suspending access, terminating services, or taking reasonable collection action as permitted by law.
No. Cashback is a promotional membership reward. It is not borrowed money, interest, a loan advance, a deposit, an investment return, wages, credit, or guaranteed income.
Before activation, the Membership Summary will disclose the total membership price, applicable taxes, mandatory charges, each installment amount and due date, payment method, term, and services supplied.
All amounts are in Canadian dollars.
Payments are handled by an authorized third-party payment provider software. Credit Pulse generally receives transaction details such as payment status, amount, date, token, and limited account information rather than complete card credentials.
Credit Pulse may retry the payment, request another payment method, suspend access, terminate services, or take reasonable collection action, subject to applicable law. Any returned-payment fee must have been clearly disclosed and legally permitted.
Yes. Cashback is a separate membership reward and does not reduce the membership price unless the Membership Summary expressly states that it will be applied as a credit.
Yes. You must maintain current contact and payment information and promptly report an unauthorized transaction, account closure, or other change that may affect payment processing.
Yes. You may withdraw your application before activation. No membership is created, no future membership installments are due, and no cashback is earned.
You may ask Credit Pulse to cancel your access. However, unless your Membership Summary, a separate written offer, or applicable law says otherwise, the membership is a fixed-term purchase rather than a cancel-anytime monthly subscription so you will still have to pay any outstanding balance of the subscription cost.
Not automatically. Voluntary cancellation of access does not by itself cancel amounts already due or the remaining fixed membership price. Credit Pulse may agree to a written accommodation, settlement, or payment arrangement in a specific case.
Except where required by law or expressly stated in the Membership Summary, amounts paid are non-refundable after activation and supply of digital access. This does not limit rights relating to non-delivery, misrepresentation, unauthorized charges, defective service, missing required contract information, or another non-waivable legal right.
If a statutory cancellation or rescission unwinds the membership transaction, the associated cashback may also be unwound to the extent permitted by law. Credit Pulse will not impose a cashback repayment that applicable law prohibits.
